How can I become a customer?
To purchase products from The Kitchen Inc. you must be a business or organization with a tax-free ID.  Take a moment to fill out our Credit Application (click here for download) and Tax Exempt (click here for download) forms, then fax back to The Kitchen Inc. at 248-545-1433.

Can I pick food up at your location or do you deliver?
You can pick up your order at The Kitchen Inc. Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 3:00 pm. Orders over $300.00 may be available for delivery depending on your location. Please contact a customer service member for more details.

What are your hours of operation?
The office is open between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

How many years has the company been in business?
The Kitchen Inc. has been in business making quality and affordable sandwiches for 23 years.

How can I receive pricing information?

What is the lead-time for placing orders?
All orders must be placed at least two working days in advance before 2:00 pm.

Do you have a minimum purchase amount?
Orders picked up at The Kitchen Inc. have a $15.00 minimum order requirement. Orders placed for delivery have a $300.00 minimum order requirement.

If I’m a current customer, what is the best way to place an order?
Currently, you can call or fax in your order. Soon, online ordering will be available providing three very convenient ways to place your orders!
